Mr. Luan Nguyen is an accomplished genomics expert with 17 years of experience in the life sciences industry. He has a deep understanding of a range of genomics technologies, including microarrays, next-generation sequencing, and long-read sequencing. In his current role as Business Manager, APAC at Vizgen, he leads initiatives to drive the adoption of spatial genomics in the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to joining Vizgen, he served as Channel Manager, South APAC/SEA at 10x Genomics, where he played a key role in expanding the adoption of single-cell genomics technologies in the region. Mr. Nguyen has also held positions at Pacific Biosciences, Affymetrix, and Bio-Rad, where he collaborated with researchers to develop and implement genomics technologies that furthered their scientific goals. Mr. Nguyen holds a diploma in Biology from the University of Duesseldorf and has completed numerous professional development programs that have expanded his expertise in genomics technologies. He has presented at numerous scientific conferences and events, sharing his insights on the latest trends and developments in genomics technologies.
