Patrick is the Lifecycle Leader - Sequencing Applications Ecosystem at Roche Diagnostic Solutions. In this role, he is responsible for leading Roche’s product strategy for translational research workflows and applications in the Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) space. Prior to his current position, Patrick has held multiple leadership roles in Research and Development at Roche and Ariosa Diagnostics. He and his team's work has been focused on developing molecular diagnostics across diverse fields including, oncology, genetics, infectious diseases, and prenatal health.
Patrick received his Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Stanford University and his B.A. in Public Health Studies from Johns Hopkins University. He has authored several influential publications and is an inventor on multiple patents.
