Accommodation will be arranged on your behalf. Check-in: 17 May, Check-out 19 May

Please note that attendees may be accommodated across different hotels. Each hotel is located in the city centre and is approximately a 15–20 minute walk from the venue, with a pleasant route through the campus.

 

Onsite Parking

Attendees can park at Mirai House during the day. However, the building closes after 20:00. If attendees travel by car, they can either:

• Leave the car at Mirai House (free of charge) and walk to the hotel with the group and leave the car there overnight. 
• Use the hotel parking, which is approximately €25 per night
