Meeting costs

To ensure the sustainability of this meeting, there is a registration fee for attendees, including session leaders and speakers. Payments must be made via bank card, as invoicing and check payments are not accepted.

Registration fees are waived for researchers currently residing/working in Low- or Middle-Income Countries (LMICs). We will refer to the World Bank classification for LMICs, as it is rigorously defined, widely accepted, and regularly updated. Subject to the availability of funding, we have a limited number of travel stipends to offer those who currently reside/work in LMICs. Please submit your application by 3 June 2026 to be considered for a travel stipend.

Please note that HCA is unable to offer discounted registration fees to other attendees, including session leaders, speakers, and poster presenters.

In-person ticketsYour registration fee includes access to all plenary and breakout sessions, access to event recordings, as well as coffee breaks, lunches, and the poster receptions on 2 - 4 November. Registration fees do not include costs associated with travel and accommodation.

In-person attendees may also be considered for poster/speaker presentations. Please submit your abstract by 3 July 2026.

Virtual ticketsYour registration fee gives you access to all live-streamed plenary and breakout sessions, access to on-demand event recordings available on the event website.
