Researchers at all career stages are encouraged to submit an abstract for consideration for either an oral or poster presentation at the 2026 HCA Asia Meeting.

Thirty oral presentations will be selected from submitted abstracts, including 15 presentations from students and early-career researchers.

Poster Presentation:

• Submit a poster abstract in PDF format, following the guidelines in this template. 

Oral Presentation:

• Submit an abstract in PDF format, using the guidelines in this template. 
• Authors not selected for an oral presentation will automatically be considered for a poster presentation.
