About the Event
The 2025 HCA General Meeting will include updates on the release of the first draft of the Human Cell Atlas, including atlas assembly for specific tissues. Plenary and working groups will discuss how to implement and integrate AI and spatial genomics technologies into single-cell atlases, advance equity and diversity, demonstrate the value of healthy atlases by addressing specific diseases, and expand the Human Cell Atlas beyond the first draft.
The HCA General Meeting will take place from Monday, 9 June to Wednesday, 11 June, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM SGT at SingHealth Academy. An evening reception featuring exhibitors and posters will take place on both days.
In addition to the main meeting, we’re excited to host several special sessions and workshops:
- AWS Workshop (11 June): AWS Cloud Solutions for Advanced Omics and Generative AI in Research.
- HCA Regional Networks Meeting (11 June): Learn more about the work in HCA Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Latin America Regional Networks.
- HCA Asia and AIDA Project Meeting (12 June): Learn more about how the HCA Asia Network and AIDA project will define an atlas of Asian cell types and states.
- Illumina Tour (12 June): Get a behind-the-scenes look at cutting-edge sequencing technology and works in the pipeline.

Sponsorship and Exhibition
HCA is currently seeking sponsorships and offering exhibition space for the 2025 General Meeting. In addition to supporting the direct meeting costs, sponsorships, and exhibitor booth sales will allow HCA to provide travel stipends for PIs and trainees from Low- or Middle-Income Countries (LMICs).
