Unlocking Cellular Insights: AWS Cloud Solutions for Advanced Omics and Generative AI in Research

Join us for an interactive workshop that bridges cutting-edge cloud computing with advanced omics research and AI innovation. This hands-on session will demonstrate how AWS cloud solutions can accelerate your single-cell analysis workflows while introducing practical applications of generative AI in research settings. Participants will learn how to access and analyze data from AWS Open Data, leveraging AWS services such as AWS HealthOmics. Through guided examples, we'll showcase how to manage complex genomic workflows, and innovative ways to integrate generative AI models with biological research. Whether you're a computational biologist, wet lab researcher, or bioinformatician, you'll leave this workshop with practical knowledge to implement cloud-based solutions that can transform your research capabilities. The session is designed for both cloud beginners and experienced users, with a focus on collaboration, and research acceleration. Bring your laptops and let's go build.

This workshop is in-person only. Please note that you must register for the HCA General Meeting and indicate you would like to attend the AWS Workshop when prompted. 
There is no additional cost to attend this workshop.

The HCA Regional Networks will meet on the afternoon of 11 June and the morning of 12 June. This will feature speakers from the HCA Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Latin America Regional Networks. Meeting sessions will highlight the progress and opportunities unique to each Regional Network, explore opportunities for knowledge sharing and collaboration, as well as discuss ways to address gaps and regional challenges. 

This meeting is open to all attendees, both in person and virtual.

This tour grants you exclusive access to Illumina's manufacturing and R&D facility in Singapore. Join the tour to discover how their sequencers and consumables are made. Illumina’s R&D team will also share the latest multi-omic tools that are available and currently in development.
