About the Event
The 2025 HCA General Meeting will include updates on the release of the first draft of the Human Cell Atlas, including atlas assembly for specific tissues. Plenary and working groups will discuss how to implement and integrate AI and spatial genomics technologies into single-cell atlases, advance equity and diversity, demonstrate the value of healthy atlases by addressing specific diseases, and expand the Human Cell Atlas beyond the first draft.
The HCA General Meeting will start at 9 am SGT on Monday, 9 June, and end at 6 pm SGT on Wednesday, 11 June. The meeting will be held at SingHealth Academy, Singapore. The HCA Team is assessing whether working groups and HCA regional network meetings will follow the General Meeting, and will have an update for the community in the beginning of 2025. Additionally, HCA has acquired room blocks at nearby hotels and a discount for tourist attractions. You can find information on room blocks and other Singapore resources here.
Sponsorship and Exhibition
HCA is currently seeking sponsorships and offering exhibition space for the 2025 General Meeting. In addition to supporting the direct meeting costs, sponsorships, and exhibitor booth sales will allow HCA to provide travel stipends for PIs and trainees from Low- or Middle-Income Countries (LMICs).
