Refund and registration transfer Policy
A full refund, minus the 3.5% processing fee, is possible up to 30 days before the event.
Registration transfer requests will be considered. Registrations can only be transferred if the recipient has the same ticket type. For example, a valid transfer is a trainee ticket being transferred to another trainee; a trainee ticket cannot be transferred to someone who falls under the for-profit ticket type.
Refund and registration transfer requests must be submitted to meetings@humancellatlas.org prior to 19 May 2026.
Should you have any issues paying or questions regarding registration, please email meetings@humancellatlas.org.
Meeting costs
To ensure the sustainability of this meeting, there is a registration fee for attendees, including session leaders and speakers. Payments must be made via bank card, as invoicing and check payments are not accepted.
Registration fees are waived for researchers currently residing/working in Low- or Middle-Income Countries (LMICs). We will refer to the World Bank classification for LMICs, as it is rigorously defined, widely accepted, and regularly updated. Subject to the availability of funding, we have a limited number of travel stipends to offer those who currently reside/work in LMICs.
Please note that HCA is unable to offer discounted registration fees to other attendees, including session leaders, speakers, and poster presenters.
In-person tickets: Your registration fee includes access to all plenary and breakout sessions, access to event recordings, as well as coffee breaks, lunches, and receptions on 16 - 17 June.
Registration fees do not include costs associated with travel and accommodation.
Virtual tickets: Your registration fee gives you access to all live-streamed plenary and breakout sessions, access to on-demand event recordings, and participation on the community page on the event website.
