Abstract Submission Eligibility Requirements

Eligible Abstracts
To be considered, you must meet at least one of the following criteria:

• An Early-Career PI or Professional from Academia, Non-Profit, or Government
  Early-Career is defined as an individual who received their highest academic degree within the past five years.
   
• A Trainee (Academia, Non-Profit, or Government).
  Trainee is defined as an Undergraduate Student, Graduate Student (Master's or PhD), or Postdoctoral Researcher/Fellow.
   
• Scientists, Researchers, or Trainees currently residing and working or studying in a low- or middle-income Country (LMIC) as classified by the World Bank.

Ineligible Abstracts 

• Due to space limitations and the high volume of submissions, abstract consideration for HCA Flagship Meetings is limited to individuals affiliated with academic, nonprofit, or government institutions.

Poster Abstract Submission Instructions

To submit a poster abstract please use the formatting guidelines outlined in this template. 

The deadline for abstract submissions is Thursday, 15 April 2027.

Submit your abstract by uploading it to your registration profile (upload located in additional details), or email it to meetings@humancellatlas.org by the deadline.

Please note: You do not need to submit your poster abstract to complete registration. You can return to your registration profile at any time to upload your abstract.
