VISA Support and Travel Stipends
VISAs & VISA Support Letters
If you are traveling internationally to attend the 2027 HCA General Meeting, we encourage you to consult your institution’s travel office or the appropriate Dutch embassy or consulate to confirm visa and entry requirements. For information on The Netherlands' visa requirements, click here.
Our office is happy to provide an official invitation letter to support your visa application. We encourage you to begin the application process early, as processing times can vary depending on your location.
Please email meetings@humancellatlas.org to request a visa support letter.
