To ensure the sustainability of this meeting, there is a registration fee for attendees, including session leaders and speakers. Payments must be made by bank card, as invoicing, cash, and check payments are not accepted.

What name will appear on my bank card/credit card? 
The merchant name/statement descriptor will come through as HCA Stichting. You can download a copy of your receipt after completing your registration.

Registration fees are waived for researchers currently residing or working in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs) who are affiliated with academic, non-profit, or government institutions. We will refer to the World Bank classification for LMICs, as it is rigorously defined, widely accepted, and regularly updated. Subject to the availability of funding, we have a limited number of travel stipends to offer those who currently reside or work in LMICs.

In-person registration fees include: 

• Access to all plenary and breakout sessions
• Access to food and beverages at coffee breaks, lunches, and reception(s) all days of the General Meeting
• Access to the on-demand event recordings
• Participation on the community page on the event website
• A certificate of attendance (sent via email)
  **Registration fees do not include costs associated with travel and accommodation. 

Virtual registration fees include: 

• Access to all live-streamed plenary and breakout sessions
• Access to on-demand event recordings
• Participation on the community page on the event website
• A certificate of attendance (sent via email)

A full refund, minus the 5% processing fee, is possible up to 30 days before the event.

Registration transfer requests will be considered. Registrations can only be transferred if the recipient has the same ticket type. For example, a valid transfer is a trainee ticket being transferred to another trainee; a trainee ticket cannot be transferred to someone who falls under the for-profit ticket type.
